Tyler Ganz
President/Owner
Tyler grew up in the construction business, helping his family’s construction and land development companies grow throughout the years. With this experience, Tyler understands that the client comes first, and meeting their expectations is a priority! An entrepreneur at heart, Tyler’s first business was selling eggs at the end of his driveway at the young age of 8 years old. He’s now realized his dream of owning a full-service remodeling company. Tyler, along with his wife Amanda spend their spare time trying to keep up with their 3 children, Kalista, Brycen and Hazel.

Jim Midtlien
Sales Consultant
Jim is proud to have helped start J&J Remodelers back in 2009. His passion is helping clients realize their renovation dreams. This comes from an approach that starts with the question, ‘what’s not working today?’, and ends with the best solution that is not only functional, but also beautiful. Jim and his wife Liz have one college-age son. As empty nesters, Jim enjoys tagging along with Liz to horse shows, boating and spending time with family.

Todd Ganz
Sales Consultant
Todd has over 30 years of experience in sales and remodeling in residential and commercial construction. He has always had a keen interest in home design and curb appeal. He has sold and constructed over 1000 new homes and over 300 home remodels. Todd’s focus is understanding each prospect’s wants and desires to most effectively and efficiently meet their needs. Our clients have come to rely on Todd’s vast experience for guidance and insights. Outside of work, Todd enjoys hunting, fishing and spending time with his family.

Judy Otting
Interior Design and Project Manager
Judy is an experienced and innovative designer who loves helping our clients with selections that bring each project together beautifully. If you’re nervous about colors, tile patterns, stone versus marble, etc., no worries - Judy is here for you every step of the way! She prides herself in creating beautiful spaces. Judy has an eye for functional space planning, color concepts, and quality of craftsmanship. She and her husband Tim enjoy life with their 3 grown children.

Dean Riveness
Production Manager
You won’t find Dean in the office very much, as he spends a majority of his time on the job sites. Dean brings more than 25 years of construction experience to each project. He’s seen it and done it all, so problems are no problem! Dean has the expertise and experience it takes to solve unique challenges that can come up on even the most difficult remodeling projects. His passion is finding solutions to homeowners’ remodeling needs, along with the rewards that come with ensuring each client is completely satisfied. Dean is an avid hunter and dedicated family man to his wife, Devon and 3 daughters.

DeAnna Ganz
Controller
DeAnna has been involved in the construction world her entire life. As a child, she watched her father’s concrete and general contracting business thrive. She likes to say she grew up with the accounting books laying on the dining room table and a bobcat parked in the driveway. At J&J, DeAnna has a long list of responsibilities. While she ensures the books are in good order and everyone is getting paid, she will also be the one answering the phone when you call our office. And, as manager of our daily operations, she puts her "firefighter and first responder" skills to use on a regular basis. We like to say she’s the glue that holds us all together! How does she do it all and not go insane? Yoga, cooking, entertaining friends and family, reading, knitting and hanging out with her 6 amazing grandkids!

Greg Johnson and Randy Jennissen
Founders
There would be no J&J without Johnson and Jennissen, who started the company back in 2009. While they are no longer an active part of the company, they will always serve as our mentors and dear friends! As we look back, Greg and Randy started this company during a very difficult time - the Great Recession of 2008. However, together they built a successful company based solely on their values of creating great relationships and providing only the best products and services. They set the high standards for character and integrity that we continue to exemplify in all of our client relationships, and every project we’re involved in. Thank you Greg and Randy!
