What was once an unfinished space is now a beautiful place to relax, watch movies, and entertain guests. Our suggestion is to always have plenty of lighting and an extra heat source in a lower level whenever possible. So, we installed several recessed can lights, all on dimmers, as well as a beautiful fireplace to make this space the most comfortable spot in the home. Notice the beautiful custom bench seating and custom bar with a built-in kegerator. We also installed cork flooring in the kids’ area for easy clean-up of any crafting spills.
